Independence of the quality system

The quality department is an independent unit within the company organization. The quality management representative’s decisions are based solely on qualitative aspects, taking into account the economic cost.

Integration of all corporate functions

From receipt of the order through the production chain to dispatch, every employee contributes to the manufacture and delivery of a high-quality product at their workplace.

As part of our corporate responsibility and in order to continuously increase customer satisfaction and product quality, we have defined our quality policy in this policy statement. This serves to ensure consistently high-quality and safe products that fully meet our customers’ expectations.

  • Planning and control: All organizational, commercial and technical activities that influence the quality of our products must be carefully planned and controlled.
  • Monitoring by quality assurance: These activities are constantly monitored by our quality management to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations: The production processes comply with the requirements of the Food Hygiene Ordinance of August 5, 1997 and Directive 93/43/EEC of June 14, 1993 on the hygiene of foodstuffs.
  • Continuous improvement: In order to implement our quality policy, we pursue clearly defined goals and strategies and continuously develop our quality management system.

These foundations enable us to consistently deliver high-quality and safe products that meet our customers’ expectations.

All employees are encouraged by the management to carry out their work and responsibilities in accordance with this policy statement. Each employee is responsible for the quality of their own work within the scope of their duties. The quality management system is constantly analyzed and the processes are adapted to the latest findings.
