For complaints related to an online order, please use our online cancellation form:

  1. Please fill out the complaint form. Completing the complaint form is not a requirement for exercising your warranty rights effectively.
  2. Send the product/package along with the complaint form.
  3. Please send the return shipment to us free of charge.
  4. After reviewing the case, we will immediately refund the legitimately claimed product and the incurred shipping costs in the form of products.
