Even our pralines need a break sometimes. From early June to the end of August, our fine dark chocolate pralines take a summer pause.
Why? It’s simple: dark chocolate is especially sensitive to high temperatures. Heat can cause fat bloom – a whitish coating that’s completely harmless but affects the elegant appearance of the praline.
Because we care not only about taste but also about the full experience, we temporarily remove our dark pralines from sale during the summer months.
But don’t worry – even in warm weather, you don’t have to go without HEINERLE-BERGGOLD. Our other delights remain available and bring joyful moments even in the height of summer.
