We, Heinerle-Berggold Schokoladen GmbH, are a medium-sized company based in Pößneck. For over 140 years, we have been producing delicious sweets, such as jelly bananas, coconut flakes, chocolate lollipops, and pralines.

What to Expect:

During your apprenticeship, you will learn how to package products from our assortment (jelly and confectionery items, pralines, chocolate lollipops, and more) using our modern equipment.

It’s not just about operating these machines—it’s also about ensuring our customers’ high expectations for product quality, safety, cleanliness, and hygiene during manufacturing are met.

Think about it—you are also a customer whenever you enjoy sweet treats or other food products!

Managing and regulating product flow, proactively identifying potential disruptions and resolving them, as well as carefully recording product-specific data, are all essential aspects of this role. Of course, thorough cleaning and maintenance of the equipment are also part of the process.

At the State Vocational Training Center in Zella-Mehlis, you will learn both theoretical and practical foundations of general food packaging.

This will open up opportunities for broad applications after completing your apprenticeship.
