Payment and shipping

Shipping Conditions

Delivery is only available within Germany.

Shipping also includes deliveries to German islands, with the exception of: Hiddensee, Pellworm, Hooge, Langeneß, Gröde, Föhr, Amrum, Sylt, Langeoog, Spiekeroog, Wangerooge, Norderney, Juist, Baltrum, Borkum, Helgoland.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.95 per order.
For orders over €30.00, we offer free shipping.
For deliveries to German islands, a surcharge of €14.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

Delivery Times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 3–5 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction) via our shipping service provider GLS.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

The minimum order value is €5.00.
